Old Man Gus

OMGus crossed over the "rainbow bridge" a week ago. We aren't sure if it was a stroke, congestive heart failure, or a combination of things. I wasn't with him -- I was visiting a friend in MD -- but my parents called the vet and he was put to sleep peacefully. Bu spent the first few days at home very quiet...now, every noise has him barking at something. Hopefully we'll get back into a routine soon. Bu does seem to like having *MY* bed back...I miss Gus, he stayed on his "side!"
