Mud Puppy...

Proud of himself...
Look what he found...
Ohhh and that was just the first part... and NO I didn't intend to let the dog in ... but he was hard to grasp...harder to try and rinse his feet...and really thought I was crazy for being upset.

More updates ASAP but it's been a CRAZY month.

I miss hearing how Bu is doing. Looks like he enjoys a good mud puddle. I hope he is recovering well and goes on to have a long healthy happy life.

Adorable, and extremely common in our house (the muddy paws, I mean!)

Pawing it forward from Melbourne, Australia - come give us a bark on our blog! We love new doggy friends!

I just went back & skimmed a lot of your blogs. We too had (yes, past tense) a dane with Wobblers. Long story short, we opted for orthopaedic surgery, twice. It helped for a while, but we ended up having to put our beloved Kelsey down 15 months after her first surgery. She'd been through so much already, and we couldn't bear to put her through any more... it wasn't fair to her or our other dane.
My heart breaks for anybody that has a 4-legged child with this condition, because I know all too well what you're going through, not just the dogs physical problems, but the financial worry, and the emotional tug-of-war you'll be going through (if you haven't already).
I hope with all my heart that the implants work for him and he lives a long and glorious life. He looks very much like our Kelsey did, 'cept she had more white on her face.
